Palani stands for “free man” in Hawaiian. It symbolizes independence and freedom of choice. Freedom of choice for the IT-professional to decide were to work and which project to accept and freedom of choice of the employer to hire foreign IT-professionals with the best background, experience, attitude and knowledge. Palani’s business model is based upon strong relations with employers and employees so that the goals of all parties involved will be reached. The three colours embraced in the logo represent the employees, the employers and Palani. Creating the most sufficient synergy will lead to the best customer- and employee- satisfaction. Palani will do what ever it takes for all involved.
The three colours of the logo also represent the three entrepreneurs, who decided to take opportunities in their own hands and bring a new talented group of IT-professionals to the Dutch market.
